Clothing Setup

Wearing masks, helmets, gas masks, etc., will prevent face tracking from working.

Don't worry, once you install the OBS and SPOUT2 plugin, your face will not be exposed!

If you wear outfits that are the same color as the wallpaper, background, or items like chairs, the tracking may not work smoothly!

If there are people or posters attached to the background or wallpaper, the tracking system might mistake them for a person due to high accuracy in recognition. *If the tracking is off, it could be due to characters or people on items like blankets on chairs or posters on the wallpaper. Please remove them or use a "portable movable screen" to cover them before using the service.

If you wear loose-fitting tops/bottoms, dresses, or outfits that make it difficult to accurately track specific body parts (hands, arms, legs), tracking may not work smoothly! Please wear fitted clothing that allows for accurate body tracking!

Camera Device

A.PLA Studio supports webcams. Thanks to A.PLA's unique AI technology, even basic webcams without lidar sensors can be used! The higher the resolution of the webcam, the farther the tracking can reach. 1080p webcam: Tracking is possible up to 2.5 meters. 2K to 4K webcam: Tracking is possible up to 5 meters. *Tracking using smartphones (iPhone, Android) will be available in the next update!

Camera Setup (Preview)

Please make sure to check the preview before shooting/live streaming!

If you move out of the camera's capture range, tracking may not work smoothly. Be aware of your movement range and ensure there is enough space!
